We are contracted with almost all major insurance plans. We also accept HealthFirst Colorado (Medicaid) and Colorado Access (CHP). At this time we do not accept Tricare insurance.

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments may be made in person, over the phone, or via mail. Co-payments are due at the time of your visit. For patients without insurance, we offer a 20% discount on most charges if paid in full at the time of your appointment. Vaccines are provided by the state with an administration fee of $21 per vaccine.
